Google Maps
The ability to see a property location visually pinpointed on Google Maps is a basic requirement that home buyers expect. By allowing the potential home buyer the ability to see the house pinpointed and the ability to move the map to view surrounding area lets the buyer get a true feel for the property.
Our listing manager creates the Google map and adds a pinpoint marker when you add a property. All that you need to do is input the home you have for sale!
Full property stats
Login to your control panel and you will be presented with detailed traffic information including number of visits, unique visits, daily visits, time spent viewing property and more. Should a visitor fill in any of the forms on your site you will be able to identify them on each subsequent visit, know what properties they viewed and have there contact details at hand.
Email alerts
Home buyers interested in your property can opt-in and be alerted in the event of any change. As soon as you make a change to your listings interested buyers will automatically be notified. For instance the seller decides to drop there price. alerts would be sent out to notify the buyer.
